1. Introduction


Welcome to Killyfaddy Commercials. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of vans, tankers, and other utility vehicles. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by these terms.


2. Definitions


“Seller” refers to Killyfaddy Commercials.

“Buyer” refers to the individual or company purchasing a vehicle.

“Goods” refers to any vans, tankers, or utility vehicles sold by the Seller.


3. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold as seen unless otherwise stated. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle before purchase.

Any descriptions, specifications, or mileages provided are for guidance only. The Buyer should verify all details before completing the purchase.


4. Pricing & Payment


All prices are in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

Full payment must be made before the vehicle is released. We accept [list accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, cash, or finance arrangements].

Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.


5. Vehicle Condition & Warranty


Vehicles are sold in the condition they are in at the time of purchase.

Unless explicitly stated, no warranties are given, and vehicles are sold on an "as-is" basis.

The Buyer is responsible for conducting any necessary checks before purchase. The Seller is not liable for any mechanical, cosmetic, or technical issues that arise after the sale.


6. Liability & Risk


The risk of the vehicle transfers to the Buyer upon collection or delivery.

The Seller is not responsible for any damage, loss, or costs incurred once the Buyer has taken possession.

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.


7. Returns & Refunds


Returns or refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and at the Seller’s sole discretion.

Any approved return must be agreed upon in writing, and the Buyer may be responsible for associated costs, including transport.


8. Delivery & Collection


The Buyer is responsible for arranging collection of the vehicle.

Delivery may be available at an additional cost, subject to prior agreement.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.


9. Compliance & Roadworthiness


It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle complies with all legal requirements before use.

Unless explicitly stated, the Seller does not guarantee MOT, road tax, insurance, or roadworthiness.


10. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting Killyfaddy Commercials directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.


11. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Northern Ireland.
